What is it exactly they you would like to know from them that you cant find here - whatever they are going to say is going to be misinformation at this point and of course your timeframe is fine, so you cant even argue about that with them.

I know we are all impatient but save your strength for when you are going to really need it, like when you are over the processing timelines and need some help from congress people -

I am not being rude here to you at all, just looking at your timeline I doubt very much there is anything that will say to you except "thank you for calling and please call again if you have any other questions" God I have that done to a "T"-

But if you do decide to call maybe ask them about the weather superbowl elections lol just kidding....again, not sure what you are looking for because they basically pick up their information from the website. And we all know what that means -

Hi...

I just wanted to say, hang in there.

You have just begun your journey (like me)

We just filed in December. Nick and I are not expecting any action on our case until March or April.

They won't give you any information...you have just filed, it's far too soon.

It's a long road. Take faith in your relationship and stay strong.

Hugs

Laura :)

Shape,

As I understand it, it's really only worth using the RFE line once you have reached 180 days from your NOA1 date. If you were to call you'd get the standard information that you'd get from looking at the website...plus maybe pissed off from them telling you "call in 6 months".

We waited till we were 6 months to call and still were only told our case was pending and not in the hands of an adjucator yet. We are still waiting, we filed in July.

Hang in there.

THANKS SUSIE AND LAURA FOR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE..

Welcome hun welcome-

We filed an I-129F also after our I-130 finally went thru for receipting, but as of today nothing on it, and probably will be glad that it will be lost xxxxxx as it seems to be one of two things, either they are taking just as long as the I130 which I totally prefer or they are getting cancelled.

Cheers hun
