We just sent back our DS3032 form and AOS bill last week and got confirm from USPS that St Louis and the NVC in New Hampshire received them yesterday. I just called the NVC to ask how long it takes for them to process them and send out the IV bill and the AOS forms. She said that it takes 2 - 4 weeks to process the DS3032 and send the IV bill and with the AOS bill, it takes 10 - 15 days to process and send the forms.

Have people finding it has actually been taking that long? We had originally heard that it would take 6 - 8 weeks from the time NVC received our application to get forms and we got them in 10 days.

Thanks

They always say that to cover their butts but it takes about 2 weeks for them to process the stuff you send them and then for you to receive the stuff they send you. Keep calling them weekly though to keep track of everything.

Yeah, they have a standard 'weeks' answer for everything, which really means nothing. I agree with Mononoke that you need to keep on top of it though by calling them each week to see where they are up to.
