At last i'm in JAX

Hi everyone!!! at last i'm in JAX, Florida. I arrived here last Sunday, Jan 20 5PM and Dan met me at the airport with his videocam. Honestly, i didn't recognize my JOE because i was tallking to a fellow filipina. We hugged each other tightly because we missed each other so much. Dan had a cough at that time though he promised me 50 kisses ...i only got half of it.. :yes: Anyway...when i reach my POE, the immigration officer got the brown envelope that was given to me at the US Embassy in Manila and asked me questions...."Who is your fiancee.."......"When was the last time he visited you.."..."Do you have his picture???" (good thing i have it in my wallet). She also asked me if where does Danny work and how long have he been in the company and his position. There's really nothing to worry as long as you know everything about your JOE. On my first week here in JAX, Dan brought me at Hilliard to visit his mom and dad. Thank God, there are so good to me. We also went to the City Hall's office for our marriage permit since our wedding is fast approaching..23rd February. We attended the marriage guidance counselling at their church just this sunday and still have to do it for 2 more Sundays... :wacko: .It's a long drive to Hillard (45 mins) every Sunday plus there is still a wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding. I won't be staying with Dan 2 days before the wedding because my sister and her family is coming 3 days before the wedding so i'll be staying with them at the hotel to add thrill for the BIG day. Dan is back to work just yesterday (Monday) but would call me several times a day to check if his girl is still in JAX... :lol: .This is a chilly day for a filipina..46F and i would make sure that i would apply lip balm whenever i'm outside.

For those out there who are still waiting for their interview...GOOD LUCK to all of you. Always remember that.."God will make a way where there seems to be no way."

May 9, 2010 Sent package to CSC

May 13, 2010 Received NOA1 (containing the notice of 1 year extension of residency)

July 29, 2010 Received BIOMETRICS Letter for AUGUST 20 Appointment (After 83 days from filling I-751)

Aug 20, 2010 Went to scheduled biometrics but unfortunately the USCIS system doesn't accept my fingerprints.

Sept 20, 2010 Repeat Fingerprints.

Sept 24, 2010 Card ordered production.
