My question is I live in Michigan, and im currently trying to put together my I-130 for my husband and im trying to figure out which one im supposed to send it to. i was on the USCIS website and it shows the state of MI in both the options, and so im not sure which one i should be sending it to....does it make a difference? is one better than the other? or is there one of them specifically i should be sending it to?

I know Chicago Lockbox are the only one's accepting stand-alone I-130s. So your best bet is to send it to the Chicago Lockbox address for your state.

NVC Journey Total days: 75

04.09.2008: Case# assigned

05.12.2008: DS230 Entered into System

06.18.2008: Case Complete (So upset that it took this long 37days)

US Embassy:

10.29.2008: Interview Date Assigned

11.17.2008: Medical Appointment

12.03.2008: Interview Date (FINALLY!!!)**APPROVED**

12.08.2008: Visa Delivered

12.21.2008: POE JFK

I just recently asked the same question. The USCIS website has a misprint.
