Hi guys,

AOS interview is tomorrow.... kinda concerned we might have missed/misunderstood something. Our lawyer filled out most of the paperwork, and it was ages ago that we signed it. When we first applied for AOS would we have sent an I-864? Is this part of the application requirement? I am concerned because I don't have a copy myself, is this an issue? Should I be madly filling out another I-864 to take with tomorrow? If so, should I notarize it?

Any help you could offer would be a lifesaver!!!

Thanks,

Laura (panicking)

It should've been done with your submission.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Your I-864 should have been filled out and submitted at the time your AOS application was submitted. At your interveiw, you may be asked for evidence of your life 'together'....you should be prepared with documentation/photos of such.

Has your lawyer not advised you of what you need to take with you to your interview?

Good luck,

-P
