For everyone who recently received NOA2 for K-1 CONGRATULATIONS. Do you see that you are approved on USCIS site first or did you receive 797 in the mail? I received NOA1 on 10/22/07 and last time my case was "touched" per USCIS web site is 10/25/07. My case is with the Vermont Center

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!

I believe you can see it online, but you will also receive NOA 2 in the mail. This one is important as you will need it later on in the K1 and AOS process, so keep it close ;) Good luck!

If you signed up for the USCIS updates you should get an e-mail saying that you were approved.

Even so, you should get an approval in the mail.
