for those who filed their k1 application last OCTOBER 2007,who already got their NOA2?

until now we still havent get our NOA2.

I wouldn't worry just yet - there are still people waiting from July It took me 152 days to get my NOA2 and I know people who are at 180 days+ I know Vermont are quicker but you really have no cause for concern just yet

Thanks! i read some member here who filed their an application on OCTOBER and received their NOA2 last january 16....good for them.

I believe you will be getting yours soon. Seems VSC is about 40 days faster than CSC.
