How will we know that our paper has been touch? Is having a receipt an NO1? What is the content of NO1?

You are talking about the NOA1 right? You will recieve a NOA1 in the mail after you have submitted your application through the mail. The content is just a page telling you your case number and giving further information about how the application process will run.

NOA1 is the first notice of action,it basicly states that the USCIS got your case and is now working on it.

With the NOA1 you get a casenumber and can register on the USCIS website and have a look if they touched your case.

A touch happens when the date changes in your portfilo after you created an account with them.

The guides here on VJ are very helpful, you might want to consider looking into them.
