Absolutely not. I went every month during our process.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Yep, there is a small change you will get turned back at the POE, but if you can show ties "back home," you'll probably be ok. It will have no bearing on your K-1 case either way, as long as you enter legally and don't overstay.

Enjoy!

Hi - this might seem like a silly question, but I am planning on visiting my fiance in March. Will the fact that we are going through the K1 pose a problem during the trip?

Thanks!

Are you the usc or the ben?

Can you go there with just a pass-port? or do you need some kind of visa?

hi there!

you shouldn't have any problems. i'm over with my partner right now and apart from the unusually long line at immigration i had no problems at all. the guy did ask how long i was visiting and how i met my partner, but that was it.

after reading some of the advice on here, i was nervous as heck and was all about to bring just a weekend bag as folk had advised not to take too much, but i took 3 cases for only 2 weeks as i had gifts for the family with me.

immigration dont have to look at your luggage as you go through there before you collect it.

so dont even worry about it. i've been over twice already now.

good luck!

Sorry for incorrectly assuming you were the overseas beneficiary!!

If it's less than 90 days, all you will need is a passport : http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_1130.html

ENTRY/EXIT REQUIREMENTS: A valid passport is required for U.S. citizens to enter Argentina. U.S. citizens do not need a visa for visits of up to 90 days for tourism and business.

And if thats the case, then the more visits, the more proof for the interview. Save things such as hotel receipts, airline stubs, etc. :)
