OK I do not know if this is a good thing or not..... I got a package in the mail. A rejection notice of the I 129f. I have been dealing with a laywer who I have been looking for a reason to fire ( did not want to do it too quick-scared it would have effected my visa). Anyway, I have moved since begining the visa process and have called and updated the address in the system. So I believe that is why the 129 was rejected because the laywer sent it to my previous service center(Cali) and now my center is Texas. I did not call her and tell her I did this. Sooo should I just hang tight and wait out the 130 OR retype all the paperwork to reflect the new address and send the 129f to the Texas service center?

I would determine the exact cause of the rejection... presumably petitions filed in the wrong location will be routed to the corret one.... however your theory maybe correct...

The K-3 is simply an option for you in addition to the I-130 and you are not required to pursue... if you wish to not submit it it is your call...

YMMV
