Hi all,

I would like to have your advises on my case. On October 16, 2007, I filed and sent form I-130 to USCIS in Vermont. It has been more than 3 months and I have not received anything from USCIS. I sent the file with a money order and regular mail; therefore, I didn't know if they received my file :(

Anyway, I filed this application for my husband whom I got married in August 2007. Now I am 5 months pregnant and I really want my husband to be here, in the US, when my baby is born. Do you think I should write a letter with proof of my pregnancy to USCIS, so the petition would be approved sooner?

I would really appreciate for your opinion.

Join the club, my wife is pregnant 4 months and we are just like anyone else.

Maybe a webcam might be a good option with Skype.

I wish there was something that could expedite it but there is not.
