Applied New K1-visa for the Second Time

Hi again everyone!! I'm always thankful of this visa journey forum. This truly helps my wondering throughts sometimes..I'm here again because I would to ask if somebody here applied for K1-visa for the second time to a different person after 2 years he filed his first K1-visa that was being approved before..If someone here have the same case like this, did your application of K1 for the second time processed smoothly?

It's almost almost 7 months this January still we dont have NOA2..What do you think are the best expection that we will going to have for this?

Yes we did..we included our waiver as we passed our application for K1-visa..

Oh, ok. I do not understand why you have waited 7 months for your NOA-2. Perhaps you should seek the help of a Congress person or Senator.

You should definitely call USCIS as you're about a month outside of the processing time (most give a call after 6 months). If that doesn't work, I would definitely call your local Congressperson to make inquiries on your behalf.

Hi everyone!! Praise the Lord!! We have an email from uscis that our application was approved last January 17, 2008. Thanks guy of some encouraging words you shared to us..Wishing and praying also that those june filers who are still waiting will have their NOA2 soon..Always remember God mercy endures forever!!

You will get a better result if you call your local Congress person. I know someone who called a local Congress person and they found out the case was checked in and sitting on someone desk. This congress person even took the time to go into the office on Christmas Eve and then called my friend. (wont get that much) but anyway it will help you because they have people to call direct.
