In a Funk? Unload Here!

I have been in a funk for the last awhile.... don't want to go into it because most of you probably know why....

I just wish we could afford to get away for the weekend just the two of us... I need outta of here...

How about a long drive over the weekend? Just driving around, stopping to look at cool sights. Maybe some nice food at a little out-of-the-way place?

sounds nice but we would have to pack a lunch...

That'd still be fun. Something hot. Hot soup in a thermos...

don't have a thermos... will have to be sandwiches or something.... we will see what hubby says.. he does a lot of driving during the week, not sure if he will want to do more on the weekend...

I'm just not motived to work on this cold, dark day. I think I'll be in a funk until Spring!

I have so much to do and not motivation whatsoever.

I'm in a funk and already put it up in MENA, so why not here

I might be pregnant and hubby not too happy about it

why isn't he happy?

He doesn't speak english, working ###### job to learn english, no driver's liscense, I provide income and insurance, only married 1 month, believes that when we have children I won't love him as much bc he will have to share my love with them and also won't have time for him anymore.

Basically, freaking out about it and blaming me. And we don't even know for sure yet

oye...doesn't sound too good. Now I feel bad for asking because I am stumped on what to say to make you feel better. Have you guys sat down and looked at the fact that you might be having a baby and the reality of it? I mean other than him freaking out.

Ehh, we've talked about it. We will deal with it and get through it whatever happens, we are just waiting till I can make a doctor's visit to be sure and then we will go from there.... I'm probably freaking out more than him and being emotional (never good )

Marilyn, I agree with the get out and drive thing....maybe even going 1 hr drive will help.

I got to speak to my boo for several hours tonight & that has cheered me up a bit. Still can't sleep, mind you! grrrrrrrr.

Tell him that it will be much better for him as there will be two loving him, you and the child, that is twice the love that he is getting now.
