Cheap quality calls to Bosnia

I have looked at so many websites for PC calls, calling cards, etc. I do not know which to go with. I need to be able to call my husband from my cell to his for a lower price. I pay 34 cent a minute plus $4 a month with sprint now. I would like to have a call history too so I can print for proof of relationship.

Any advice? I appreciate everyone help.

NECC is still .39 per minute. ATT international is .20

hose are cheap but they do rounding 2, 3 and 4 min which makes them expensive

I am using sapphire from speedypin.com for almost 1 1/2 year now and it cost 14.2 c per min and the rounding is 1 min no connection, no maintenance fee

I did a quick search, and for B&H(cell) the cheapest option you have is 17.8 cents/min.

There are several calling card options, and you can check out which is best for you. Most cards have pin free access, so you just type in the phone numbers you call from, and after dialing the local access #, you just then have to dial the number you want to call.

I used this to call my then fiance on his cell in Hungary. Some cards offer call history, some say they don't. I used a couple cards, and one did not offer a call history, but I was able to have it e-mailed to me after talking w/ someone in their customer service dept.

This site has been quite reliable...in fact we still use it to talk to friends and family when needed.

don't forget the rounding

most of them do round 4 min

that means every time you talk for 1 min the charge for 4 min
