well, I don't know that I can answer that question; with both the medical and the interview I had the earliest slot available, so my medical took less than two hours (mainly waiting about, and the guy had to re-do the x-ray because he said the first was unclear) and my interview took ninety minutes

you can read the medical reviews for a blow-by-blow account... it's really not that scary, specially when you know what to expect

Yay! NOA soon then!! Woohoo!! I can update the spreadsheet some more!! Oh - anyone not on the AOS sheet who wants to be had better tell me - I keep meaning to try and find active people on this thread but I end up having to do PAID work

Oh - and I just spoke to my doctor and she has written me a letter about my depression to take to my medical!! YAY!!! I can pick it up tomorrow - I just have to pay for it

Great news about the letter! Stinks you have to pay, but worthwhile just the same!! By this time next week you'll be done and dusted!!

I know! I can't believe that by the time I found out the date of the interview it was still a "this-time-next-week" situation - A week from when I found out the date it would all be over!!

It's kinda scary to think of - it will be pending medical results and I am still a little concerned about the police certificate but... Ah well - worst case is that I post them the new one if they get funny about it... I have all the evidence that K-1 is non-immigrant and that we don't need to have the new one but...

this is the first forum that i have ever taken part in, and i feel very commited to the site...today, however i came across albanian.com and its respective forums...very interesting topics indeed, in fact, i spent the whole morning reading over several of them...there are a lot of non-albanian (american, british, etc) women on there who are with albanian men, and there are pages and pages about whether albanian men just use them, (for sex mostly) or whether they will actually ever marry a non-albanian woman...oy vey the controversy i haven't posted yet (as of now im just spectating), but it is inevitable...i hope that visajourney understands

It's ok - I know many people in the UK forum that visit britishexpats.com - I have wandered over there from time to time but never really got into it... maybe if I get homesick when I move I might But I love my UK peeps on VJ as well - just not so busy at BE perhaps
