Anyone heard from Julezabelle recently? She seems to be MIA.

Gillian

Here I am!!! I was at home the last 4 days doing home renovations to get my house ready for sale and since the house is completely torn apart, the computer is disconnected and I had no internet!

I'm so happy that someone noticed I was gone!! I missed you guys!!!! :D

P.S. The offer for our new house goes in today! Wish us luck!!!

Does anyone know what happened to Mox? He seems to be MIA too.

Last I heard he was really busy with work and doesn't have time for us right now. :(

Aw poo. He's funny. Isn't his interview later this month?

Good luck with your house Julez. I bet you are happy to have all that wallpaper-tearing done.

And Poiteen, I enjoyed your post. I could relate to some of it from when I moved to Canada a few years ago. Part of what sucks is the taking care of all of life's details when what you really need to be doing is normal stuff (like going to the bar with friends). But I really think it helps a tremendous deal just being aware of these things, walking into this hugely new situation with your eyes open. So to you, to Aly, to everybody moving, you know there will be parts that are hard, but it will get easier, and it will all be worth it. :D

My RFE turned out to be pretty painless in the end. I received it on Monday, mailed off what they asked for yesterday and it arrived at USCIS today. So it's back to the waiting game now and hopefully it won't have slowed things up too much. :D

For the doggy to eat it? :P No way :) When it wants to rest, it goes lie down in its half of a nutshell :) It loves it there :D

Awww that is too cute - it has it's own little nutshell bed!?

He has been in Colorado visiting his kids as well but I haven't heard from him much :(

If I understand it right, Mr and Mrs Pointeen are living together and they will also be moving together. If that´s true it sounds even more complicated than all the rest of us have it. The rest of us usually: one person is settled somewhere so the other person has at least somewhere to move to. (F)

Special hugs to all of you, who still have the big move ahead of you (even if it´s just from state to state) :)

Yeah RFEs can usually be dealt with fast and it usually doesn´t slow things down :) Unless some people don´t know how to deal with it and it takes them ages which wasn´t your case

Wow, just looked at your ticker Aly, you really don't have long now, the time will fly by, I promise. Especially after Jeramy gets here. :star::star::star::star:

OMG I know!! You know what? I have paid such little attention to the position of the ticker and now... well... wow... I'm going to have to change it when I move!!! What should I change it to? Maybe an anniversary one!?

:help::huh: I wish that were the case with me!! But Jeremy is calling a place tonight - here - it's only small but it will do to start with :) What do you all think? I am really keeping my fingers crossed...
