Quick question that i can not find any answer too through the search button.

7. I own real estate valued at _______

With mortgage(s) or other encumbrance(s) thereon amounting to: _______________

Which is located at: __________

I currently live at home with my parents. Im 22 & you know its expensive to buy a house right now and theres no point in renting a apartment if i can live here for another year or two & my house has two extra bedrooms so its not like its a small property & so i can save money to move out.

Should i not put anything down for the first two lines and put my address down on the third line or should i not put nothing down there at all.

& I have other personal property, the reasonable value which is ____

I have a new truck i have a open loan with ( 2 more years til paid off) should i put down the value of the truck there or leave that blank too??

The other questions on #7 i can answer, i make 50k a year working for a company & i have life insurance.

No need to disclose assets if your income is sufficient.

As Dan&Gemvita pointed out, asset description does not matter, if you meet the minimum income requirement.

This is always a "sticking " point, with most queries here.

Do you understand the minimum income requirement? If so, all the best.

If not, please advise. We can help you.

Ditto that, and leave those lines blank on the form. You shouldn't put "0" unless that's the truth. If it is the truth, why bother stating so?

Best of luck to you. Your wait is nearing its end!

The answer to your question (given earlier) was in the form's instructions. You'll find the process goes much easier if you carefully study instructions before beginning to fill out forms. Later in the process, you'll fill out the I-864. It's instructions are excellent and critical.
