SEARCHING FOR VISA FORMS

Hi everyone! I got the pack3 today and now i am searching for some forms that i could not find.

Does anyone know where i could find the form DS-230 Part I and the DS 157?

I also need to know wheather i have to send all the forms to the embassy or just the DS-230? The instructions say that i have to return the forms: DS-230 PartI, DS-156, DS-157 and DS-156K but i read something else :wacko::wacko:

My daughter is acompanying me i guest i have to return all her forms as well right?

08/12/2010 Check cashed

08/06/2010 NOA (received 08/16/2010)

08/18/2010 My son's check was cashed

09/27/2010 Biometrics appointment

10/26/2010 APPROVED

11/1/2010 10yrs GC in the mail

I think the DS 157 is only for male applicants.

And yes, you would need to fill out the same forms for your daughter as well.
