Do I now use my married name on all forms?

Hey everyone,

I hope you all had a good new year

The honeymoon is finally over, and it is time to start filling out all the forms for adjustment.

Do I now use my married name to identify myself on all new forms, or should I continue to use my maiden name, to match the forms I had filled out for my K-1 visa?

You can file it all in your new married name if you wish to take your husband's name and just use the marriage certificate as a proof for the new last name. If you file in your maiden name it's going to cost you about $300 or so later if you're going to decide you want it changed

YES you do if you want green-card and EAD card to have your married name.

The forms have a place for maiden name I-485 has it as "Name on I-94 card"

Try $370 ($290+80) to file form I-90 to get the name changed.
