Just to let you all know that I got married on Friday :yes: .......Getting ready to start with AOS paperwork on Monday :crying:

12-02-08 Requested Affadavits of Bona Fide marriage from freinds

04-03-08 1st affadavit received

07-03-08 2nd Affadavit received

11-03-083rd Affadavit received

12-03-08 Our affadavit notarised

13-03-08 I-130 Posted DCF london Embassy

15-03-08 Application rejected (Rejection was due to lack of evidence of DW permission to work and live in the uk which they had already and eveidence we had been living in the country permanently for the last six months)

17-03-08 Re submitted I-130 and G-325a's DCF to london along with supporting evidence.

04-04-08 Credit Card Billed NOA1

05-04-08 Email received confirming File date 4th of April

09-04-08 Evidence received back along with Affidavit of bona-fide marriage

21-04-08 Applied for Police certificate from the Gardaí

31-05-08 Received Police Clearance from the Gardai

19-06-08 1400hrs sent application for Police clearance certs ACRO

19-06-08 1401hrs Realised i hadnt put in copies of bills and passport so posted them in a separate envelope

20-06-08 Received phone call asking for copies of bills and passport

28-06-08 Received ACRO police cert and RFE for Affadavits ####### see 09-04-08. Sent original affadavits

09-07-08 NOA2 Received :)109 Days from filing

11-07-08 Packet 3 Received

14-07-08 Posted DS-230 waiting on Birth Certificate (long)

t was very much, much ado about nothing. Got in about 0830 was seen the first time about 1000, then seen at about 1210 she was very professional in the interview asked the usual questions and that was it. paid the curiers and off i popped

Two interesting things happened, one guy started screaming because he got refused again everyne just watched with morbid fascinatin as he was escorted away and a car that i kept seeing on the trip to london had RFE on the number plate :wacko:

Stu and I were married on Friday too! I think it must have been a popular day to get married :P At least it'll be easy to remember our anniversaries! :lol:

Hi all. :D

He got his interview date for September 15!

It makes me kinda sad though, because I am jetting off to see him the week before that. I can't even change my ticket, because of the Monday the interview lands on. The 13-14th weekend is when I have to work (mandatory). :/ Sucks. Oh well. I will hand the papers over to him, pat him on the butt & wish him the best of luck! :)

I am getting really nervous now though. my income is right under the requirement (22,000) ... my friend finally agreed to do it since her last year return came in at 25,000...but she's working less this year at one of her jobs so I dont know if they will actually calculate & find that out or what

She's the only one willing to help (everyone from family either couldn't or didn't want to help).

My friend has already brought to my attention all these white hairs I've been sprouting on my head lately...think it's going to get worse. :S

I've seen the answer somewhere but -- what is he NOT allowed to take to the interview? No phone, no watch, no what else? Does he have to PAY to put those things into security?
