Online case status

Hi guys,

I am one of the NSC to CSC transferees. I got my NOA1 back in Sept, did bios Sept 28th. Tons of other people who applied much later than me, who did their bios way after me, have been approved and received their new 10 yr cards. I have been waiting for an RFE or something, but no, nada, zilch. It is just plain odd that I have been passed over.

My online status has not changed at all since Sept 30 when it acknowledged receipt of the application and that it is being processed blah blah. I was just wondering if that is the norm or whether there is ever any acknowledgment that biometrics have been completed. (was wondering if Louisville ever updated them with my fingerprints).

I would be grateful if any of you could tell me what your case status reads. Mine reads:

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On September 7, 2007, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them.

Thanks! I only checked mine for the first time after bios, but the date last modified fits in with that scenario.

I can only assume mine is sitting at the bottom of a pile on someone's desk.
