I went to my mailbox (it's actually a superbox) and lo and behold a key for the parcel door is waiting for me. I open it up and there is the expresspost envelope that last saw on Wednesday morning. I'm pizzed, why did I pay $9.49 for a signature required expresspost envelope if the jerkoff was going to leave it in the superbox? Stupid Canuck post! Inside is, of course, Mom's passport and an envelope with official business on it and a page with the information summary for the visa on top. So it's arrived. Now I've got to get Pop's visa.

It is amazing that they got the visa out before the end of the week. I hope yours gets to you even faster. I think if the consulate phones me I'll drop dead of a heart attack. Seriously though, I'm just waiting for the holidays to be over and then... :protest::ranting:
