Ok here is the deal I nbeed to draft a letter form the mother of the 2 boys I am petioning for them to be able to leave colombia, the mom agrees with them leaving 100 % anyone have any type of form? help please.............

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

USC Married 4/2007 Colombian on overstay since 2001 of B1/B2 visa
Applied 5/2007 Approved GC in Hand 10/2007
I-751 mailed 6/30/09 aapproved 11/7/09 The BOYS I-751 Mailed 12/29/09 3/23/10 Email approval for 17 CR 3/27/10
4/14/10 Email approval for 13 yr Old CR 4/23/10

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png

Is the mother currently living in Colombia? If so, ask this question in the Colombian thread found in the Foreign embassy forum, they should be able to guide you. It may be a simple form she has to fill out at a notary in Colombia and then have it translated for you to submit.

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

You are the best, No she happens to be here currently so I drafted the letter for her to sign and we will include a copy of her Cedula. Also I know that the mom and dad if not in COlombia at the time need to go to the Embassy in new York and do a letter for the boys to leave. This stinks we would have had an appointmnet by Feb, now we wait and see.

I feel for you.. RFE Sucks big time.. It cost weeks of delay on the process..

I just hope I don't get an RFE.. They just received my DS-230 last 14th.. Currently on review..

IR-1 Visa for Wife

NVC Case Complete = January 2, 2008

Received Packet 4 here in the US (Interview Packet) = January 18, 2008

Case Left NVC Forwarded to USEM Manila = January 23, 2008

SLEC Medical = Jan 31 and Feb 1, 2008 (2 days)

USEM Manila Interview = February 20, 2008 @ 8:30am = DONE! (Status: 2 Months wait is over APPROVED)

CFO Guidance & Counseling = April 17, 2008

Visa in Hand = April 18, 2008 (Our Wedding Anniversary)

Arrival in the US and POE = April 23, 2008 JFK Intl. Airport New York City

Social Security Card = May 2, 2008

Green Card in Hand = August 18,2008
