Just looking for some support or comfort before I get too worried...

I just looked at my photocopied petition that I sent in last week and I noticed that my letter of intent says "and intend to with my arrival into the US" but see it isn't MY arrival into the US it should have said "his arrival". Will this be a big problem??

Also, on the actual I-129F form I did not put my birth certificate number, I just checked birth certificate for U.S. Citizen option. However, my birth certificate IS included later in the packet....will this be a problem that I didn't fill it out on the sheet?

Typos like that are easy to make. I can't say definitively (since it's all up to the adjudicator), but I doubt this will be a problem. In fact, I'd doubt they will notice it, but I could be wrong. Worst case scenario is they get confused and RFE you for information. At which point, you can straighten out what you meant.

Ditto on the birth certificate. I can't imagine they'd RFE you for that... (just no guarantees, but there's no guarantees on ANYTHING)

Calm down. It will work out!

At this point I don't think you need to worry about it.

If there is a problem you will probably get an RFE.

Actually, I just remembered... The space on the I-129f where you checked "Birth in the U.S" is only for a naturalization certificate. Doesn't need to be filled in for a birth certificate. So no worries there!

I think you'll be okay. Typos happen, and most likely they'll skip over it. If not, you'll just get an RFE. Try not to worry.

There's nothing that you can do about it now and I think its highly unlikely that this small typo would be cause for an RFE. Try to relax!!
