nksj, this makes two of us. i am sick to my stomach from waiting and anxiety and i won't do anything else except staring at the computer.

i know this is the end of the process, and a little patience is needed, but urgh. it's so hard and frustrating, i want my husband and my approval!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. :crying:

i think that holidays are making the waiting especially hard.

mbdesousa, I think you're right. It's the holidays and being apart from our husbands. And it's also because there never appears to be any rhyme or reason as to why things happen in the order they happen through this process. I would have just felt better psychologically knowing that NVC had the 129F this year, then there would be the interview to look forward to, and the knowing that my husband would be here early next year.

I hope your papers get to NVC soon, too. I will keep you and your husband in my prayers. I guess we just have to grit our teeth and stay strong.

Not yet at NVC though we got our approval on 11/28. I'm ready to cry because this whole process is really wearing on me. I thought the tough part was behind us when we got the NOA2. :cry:

At first when I called at the 2 week mark, NVC operators told me "it takes 2 to 3 weeks". Then when I called at the 3 week mark they said, "Oh, it takes 2-4 weeks". Now when I just called and I'm 2 days shy of the 4 week mark, the woman paused and said, "It usually takes 2-4 weeks, but it can take 90 days".

When I get out of the clutches of CSC????????????? God, I'm at the end of my rope. :(

I hope it happens for you soon! It took ours two months from CSC to NVC and now ours is still sitting in NVC a month and a half later. VERY frustrating! I UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY! Hang in there, our honeys will be in our arms, its just a matter of time (and a LOT of patience!)

12/28/07 AP DONE! YAY! Off to the Consulate!

01/02/08 Consulate received and packet 3 sent

01/04/08 My honey gets packet 3

01/09/08 Medical Appointment *PASSED*

01/09/08 Packet 3 Returned

01/23/08 8:30 AM INTERVIEW DATE!!!!!!!!!

01/23/08 Placed BACK on Administrative Processing (221g)

02/01/08 WE WERE APPROVED!!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!

02/06/08 VISA arrives!!!!!!!

04/01/08 My honey arrives in the US!

04/09/2008- visa approved!!!!!!

04/11/2008- visa in hand

04/14/2008- cfo stamp

04/23/2008- Leaving for seattle via china airlines!!!!!!!!
