K1 applicants schedule interviews on their own on USTravelDocs/CGI Account. Dates are usually available 1-2 months ahead (much busied during summer, May – Aug).
Immigrant Visa applicants wait 2-6 months for their interview to be scheduled.

2. Birth certificate (original + copy + English translation if not in English or Polish)

4. Divorce decrees (if applicable; copies are fine + English translation if not in English or Polish)
5. Two 5x5 inch passport style colored photographs
6. Police clearance certificate from every country applicant has resided for 6 or more moths since 16yo (English translation if not in English or Polish
