Vaccination requirements? Children up to age 18 :

-diphteria, tetanus, polio (DTPolio),
-measles, mumps, rubella (MMR),
-hepatitis B (series of 3 vaccines),
-haemophilius influenza B (HiB) for children under 5 only.


Adults from 18 to 64 :

-tetanus,
-measles, mumps, rubella (MMR vaccine) for persons born after 1956 only.


Adults aged 65 and over :

-tetanus,
-pneumococcal pneumonia (Pneumo 23),
-influenza (during "flu season").

Additional Info? VISA PAYMENT: Same day or in advance, via "mandat postal" to "2006L PARIS"

MEDICAL: I recommend to have the medical the day before (in the morning) to get the blood results before the interview (no need to fast). K1 applicants are taken in priority by the doctor.

OTHER: 2 different pieces of ID can be required to attend the interview (passport + another ID such as driving license, ID card, ...)

If appointment at 13:00, no need to come earlier than 12:45 at the Embassy.

No drinks, food or big suitcase allowed in the Embassy. Cell phone are taken in the entrance, but phones are available inside.

Photo booth also inside for ID pictures.
