The U.S. embassy in Sarajevo no longer issues emails. Once they receive your case from NVC, will send you a letter addressing further steps in finalizing the visa. Once you have completed those steps, you can schedule an appointment online via the website they gave you in the letter. The wait time for an interview date is anywhere from 1 week to 1 month, it varies.
