Jul 26th: Inquiry at USCIS as to status of case: reply received that case is still being reviewed, when the review process is complete USCIS will mail further instructions. Aug 2nd: Reached out to a senator again to be sure case has not been lost. Sept 14th: Received letter stating that the petition reached it expiration date and our case was terminated. :/ CR1: 11/6 Case sent to Department of State :) 11/15 Received by NVC (Called NVC was quoted 8 weeks until case entered and case number assigned) 1/28/2019: Request for 2017 tax transcripts 2/1/2019: submission of 2017 tax transcripts 2/16/2019: Acceptance of all submitted documents at NVC; email confirming "NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in ALGIERS, ALGR to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable)." 9/25/2019: Conditional Permanent Resident Card (I-551) Issued.
