The USCIS agent told us we didn't have to submit the I-130 which surprised me. He didn't tell us in person that we were approved, but dropped a number of hints that we were. I think he was just doing the standard customer service type bet hedging of not promising anything 100%. We did get the case status update a few hours later saying the card had been ordered though. |
