Hi, I have same issues but my problem is I have wrong birth date in my birth certificate. I need you to send them documentation to support. It been a week now, I haven't received any letter from them. Did UCIS gave you instructions on where to send? Or they told you that they will send a letter?  Please let me know. Thanks

Might be more prudent to start your own thread with your own question.

Hijacking someone else's thread gets very confusing for the OP and members trying to help.

Hi,

Just had my N-400 interview last week. A decision cannot be made to my application because incorrect birth date on my BC. How long must I wait to receive notification from the UCIS because its species that we only have  30 days for applicant to respond to a request for evidence to correct the issue.? Thanks

The time period they give you to respond to the RFE is from the date on the letter they send you, not the date of your interview.

They may not even RFE you and decide to approve the case instead.  IO could not make a decision during your interview because in those cases they need a supervisor to sign off on it.

They sent me with a letter on what they need. later yesterday my Uscis account said it has a RFE and I was able to see the same document. The document they sent me says the date by which they need the information back.

Thanks for the info. Hoping for the best. But just in case UCIS need more info, any advise as to what other supporting documents to send to them?
