Hello everyone,

                           I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but here goes.

                         My grandmother filed for my father (f3 visa) and  the priority date will be current very soon. 

I am not too sure exactly when the priority date is but it is early 2006. My birthday is 9/20/1989 and our approval date was 7/30/2010. 

My brother's birthday is 10/18/1993. 

I would just like to know if me and my brother would still be eligible for a green card using CSPA. I am pretty sure that I have aged out, but my family still thinks that I may have a chance. Thanks

You have aged out, and most likely your brother has also, but you'd need to give exact dates to find out.

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX
