The answer is yes if you INTEND to find work once you are qualified. No if you are not interested in working. Sorry but this is not a trick question.

Doesn't matter how you answer the question.   The DS-160 is designed for those seeking non-immigrant visas, so it has a variety of questions that don't relate to the K-1 visa very well.

 

The K-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa with immigration intent ... a most unique visa for sure.        You enter the USA as a non-immigrant with only 90 days of valid status  UNTIL you get married, then you are suddenly pursuing immigrant status... a green card.
