Hi guys,

 

i received my green card. Had an interview on October 31st which went very well (if you guys need any info DM me on here).

 

The resident since date however on the Green Card states November 1st 2017. I recall reading something about the date should usually be the date of Marriage and around the time you applied for AOS? 

 

Can anyone confirm this? I might have to get a replacement.

 

I adjusted status here in the U.S. after marrying my now wife.

 

Any information regarding this is more than welcome

Sounds right to me. You became a permanent resident on the day your AOS was approved. It has nothing to do with when you married or when you filed for AOS (except you get a 10 year card if married for 2+ at the time of AOS approval).

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

No it is correct. They put the date card production is ordered. Marriage date only determines whether you get a 2-yr GC with conditions or a 10-yr GC. If former you'd need to file ROC before GC expires, otherwise you're good for the next 10 years.
