Hello, I just wanna ask about what name gonna use when you buy a ticket. I have planned to vacation in the Philippines this summer.

My green card name is my married last name but my passport  is still on my single last name

And what other documents do I need to present when I come back in the US.

Thanks!

You MUST USE the name that is in your passport. When we went back to Pinas last year I booked the tickets in my wife's married name but her passport was in her single name. So there was a problem, but we got it worked out. Just to be safe and do passport name.
