Does the CEAC case status update when the Embassy receives medical results?

Had my medical on the 29th December, Knightsbridge told me that if there were any problems they'd contact me - which they haven't up to now - but I was wondering, when the medical results get to the Embassy - does the CEAC status update?

they will not mail you they received it, just trust your courier to deliver it

and yes, status update date changes they moment they receive it.

 

i mailed mine on 22nd dec, status update date changed on 23rd

if you email them and they need to bring up your case to reply that mail, status update date changes as well.

 

i deduced that from my case status changes and interactions with them.

i saw issued today

Any time that your case is looked at the date will automatically change, aka a 'touch'. It won't specify what that touch is, so you can assume that if your case has been touched since your medical then the likelihood is it's because it was updated to include your medical results have been received.
