DS260 application previous address section

Hello,

My I130 application has been approved for my husband and we are filling out the following applications and paying all fees.

My question is: How precise do the dates of my husbands previous address have to be? He moved a lot since age 16 and he only has an idea of what month and year   he lived at each address. He is doing his research but of course I am anxious and want to hurry and submit the next step.. Thanks for your time.

It's also a nightmare with lots of moves as the webpage is so poorly programmed.  You have to cover the entire date range before  you can save the page and the page will time out before you can fill in the entire date range.

So instead, I had to basically put the dates of the last address entered to cover the full range, save the page, and then change it to the correct date when I added the next address.  It was a really PITA.
