NOA 1- Status online

Hello,

My partner and I sent the I-129F on November 10 th and we received the NOA 1 by email on the 15th. My questions are:

1-We have not received the letter with the NOA1 notifiation, is it normal?

2-When we check the status online on the USCIS website, it says, we have received your case, if we accept it we will notify you? Accept means approved? once we have received the NOA1 it means the case is accepted, right? now it can be either approved or refused, but it has been accepted, right?

3- The proccessing times have been increassing recently, someone can give us an update?

Thanks

1) No, you should've received the paper NOA1 by now. Double-check the address you put on the forms. You used a US mailing address, correct?

2) If you have a case number, the case has been "accepted".

3) If you fill in your timeline, you will get an estimate for your approval date based on all member data from this website.
