Hello Everyone,

I was just curious if anyone on here has had any recent experience with the processing of their Immigrant Visa at the Consulate in Montreal after the approval of their I-601 waiver. I received my approval on September 3, 2015. I received a letter with instructions on September 21, they requested a new police certificate and medical. I submitted everything on October 5, and was received at the consulate the following day. It has been two weeks since I submitted my documentation and I haven't heard back from them at all. The last update on the CEAC website was on October 8, however, the status still shows as refused.

I would just like to get a time line from others who were in the same situation at this consulate and have since then been approved.

Thank you all in advance for your input.
