Let me just throw this out there...

The pregnant friend might prefer giving birth to the baby here for the benefit of been a natural born citizen...

Because only a natural born citizen can be president.

Ted Cruz was born in Canada to a US citizen mother and a Cuban citizen father. He's a natural born citizen enough for the US presidency.

I guess it depends on which party's ticket you are running on... but that's what is in the constitution.
