Cover letter for concurrent forms - AOS Package

Hi. I am trying to finish putting my aos package together. I decided to do a cover letter that way I can use it as a checklist. Can ayone check to see if I am missing something please? Btw dont mind the spelling since I will go over that with my husband. He is the petitioner :) Also, the format looks a little different after I copied and pasted it. So dont pay attention to that. Thank you in advance for all your help.

Background: I was an international student. We started dating officially in january 2013. We got engaged august 2014, and we got married march 2015. I will be out of status next week.

Here is the cover letter:

§ Proof of a bona fide relationship

- Pictures

- Wedding invitation

- Bank Statement of our joint bank account

- Bank Statement of our joint credit card

- Basic AD&D Coverage and Employee Basic Life Insurance

- Health Insurance

- Most recent phone bill

- Copy of credit cards that we are authorized users of each other along with printed page from credit cards websites showing authorized users

- Printed proof of beneficiary’s plane tickets

- Beneficiary’s bank and credit card statements showing purchases made when she visited me in Georgia before marriage

- Petitioner’s bank statements showing purchases made when he visited her in Florida before marriage

- Bank statement showing payments for our gym membership

- Engagement ring order detail

- Notarized letter from XXX’s cousin XXXX along with copies of her passport and visa

- Notarized letter from XXX’s cousin XXXX along with copies of her passport and visa

- Letter sent by my wife to my mother

- Valentine’s Day Cards and other cards

2. Form I-485

  • Completed and signed form G-1145
  • Money order in the amount of $420
  • Completed and signed form I-485
  • Copy of beneficiary's passport (biographical page as well as entry stamps)
  • Electronic copy of I-94
  • Copy of I-20s
  • Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate
  • Copy of Marriage certificate
  • A copy of the petitioner's immigrant's divorce documents
  • Completed and signed form G-325A by beneficiary and two photographs with names on the back attached to back in plastic bag
  • I-693 sealed medical exam of Alien Seeking Adjustment of Status

3. Form I-864

§ Completed and signed form I-864

- Letter from employer confirming proof of employment and annual income

- Copy of W2 from last three years

- Copy of Tax transcript from last three years

4. Form I-765

§ Completed and signed form I-765

§ Copy of beneficiary's passport (biographical page as well as entry stamps)

§ Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate

§ Electronic copy of I-94

§ Copies of previous EAD cards

§ Two passport photos in plastic bag with names on the back

Copies of the documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I or my wife may be required to submit original documents to an immigration or consular officer at a later date.

I would include pay stubs in the i864.. we provided 6 months worth. Also, incluse marriage license in the i765 documents as we got an rfe for not having one.

I have that. I forgot to include in the letter. Thank you so much. This is so stressful.

Yeah it is.. :/

Once you send it out you'll relax a little lol.
