The letter said they had received my approved waivers and to continue processing I need to send these items 1) passport 2)current tax year for sponsors 3) signed letter of intent to marry 4) police certificate 5) medical.

The letter continue to say that I need to send these item to the consulate, but I am not sure how to send them or am I missing something from the letter? Only thing included is this link for more information.

https://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/us_courrier_informationfor detailed instructions

I included a screen cap of the letter.

Thank you all

The link is to the Loomis courier service for the consulate.

If your visa is an immigration visa, (the link takes you to the non-immigration visa) just scroll down to the bottom of the screen and in the middle of the page under HELP, there is the link for the immigration visa

You need to register if you haven't already. Once you've set up your account, you can follow the links to enable you to send documents to the consulate. You will have to print off a 2 page shipping document and be sure to take that with you when go to the Loomis depot to sent it as you will have to include them in your envelope
