Just got approved and everything was sent off to National Visa Center. They are requesting my fiancée fill out one of these forms. Not real sure which one. Anyone have experience with these and are there any sample forms to view

Literally eveyone has experience because everyone is required to fill one out depending on the type of visa. The beneficiery for this petition needs to fill out the DS-160. At the top there is a tab that says "example forms". It is filled out and submitted online. You need to have your case number from the NVC.
