If you are denied the B2 visa do they tell you right after the interview the reasons why it was denied?


ROC Timeline:

August 22, 2014: Sent I-751

August 25, 2014: NOA1 received

September 5, 2014: Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

September 19, 2014: Biometrics Appointment

They always tell you, in the vast majority of situations at the time of the interview.

They always tell you, in the vast majority of situations at the time of the interview.

it depends on the consulate. considering the volume of applicants and the nature of their job, they rarely go into specific details based on the experiences of friends that have gone through the process. "It is always, sorry, you don't qualify for the visa at the time.."

very rarely will they give specifics. even then, it is typically a generic response to get you to move on.
