I am wondering if there is anyone who filed late 2014/2015 in Dallas.

I would like us to meet up and talk about the estimated interview times.

I really feel that the Dallas office takes too long.

Here is my timeline.

November 17, Notice of Action Received

December 11, Biometrics appointment

February 5, EAD received

Nothing has changed since I received my EAD

12/10/14: Biometrics completed (appt date)

Hi all, i'm here for my sister.

she submitted her AOS around 7/16/2014. She got her EAD in Nov 2014.

She has been waiting for interview notice for a long time. Still no notice. the Dallas Field office I-485 date is 7/9/14 but has been that for a while.

anyone body filed in July 2014?

by the way her case status says "Our Nebraska Service Center office will begin working on your case again." after receiving RFE. when we called, they said it is waiting for Dallas office to schedule interview and they are very busy.

thanks!

I am sure that dallas takes like forever. The estimated time of the process is from 9 months to a year. Your sister has seen the maximum, I would suggest that she puts a call through to Uscis and inquire about her case.
