So I am just finishing up the all in one AOS/IV packet....at the very end of number 4 on the Document Cover Sheet is says Photocopies. What is the appropriate response? I do not have anything to put in this spot that I am aware of...should I have something to put there? Thanks.

I'm wondering if maybe it is referring to the fact that originals of things are no longer required, only photocopies?

If you don't think it applies to you and you don't have any to include, then just mark "Not Applicable."

I thought that, too...but then it says place documents in this order...then it lists the order they want the documents.....I have no documents leftover to put under the photocopies category so I "x"ed not applicable. Let's hope it all works out.

I just sent our I 864ez today. I checked that box, because I sent all photocopies. So I checked it off and the other documents I added at the back. Have NVC unlocked your DS-260 application? I called and they told me to call back next week and they will review our DS-261. I was going to call back on Friday, because I called at 11:45pm so I figured they gave me a general question.

Good Luck

I sent the AOS/IV package today. The IV fee has not yet been unlocked...so I have not done the DS-260 yet. I was going to call tomorrow to see what was up....what am I talking about...I am going to call between 35-45 times and then wait on hold for the better part of an hour to briefly speak someone who will probably tell me to call back in two weeks. hahaha! My expectations are very low...that way I will not be disappointed.

I did not check photocopies because I had nothing to put there...I hope it works out....

Wishing us both a fast trip through the NVC!!
