Hello VJ family !
I would like to thank everyone on this wonderful website for their help and their effort to make each one's journey a successful one !
My fiancee (USC) and i are working on the last double checks on our K1 visa package ! after a month of working hard to collect /copy/print all the evidence , we closed our package yesterday ! and now we are ready to send it which means starting our Visa journey ! exciting and fraustrating at the same time !

For the evidence we used :

• Skype screenshots ( with my fiancee , her parents)
• facebook screenshots ( posts, mutual friends , comments... )
• facebook conversations
• Whatsapp conversations
• Post cards
• Proofs from our 3 times being physically together here in Morocco ( passport stamps , Photos, tickets , boarding passes , receipts.....)
• Our little engagment ceremony photos with family .
• A letter from my fiancee's parents stating that they approve our marriage .

I think we have submitted enough evidence , but what i am worried about is the fact that all the conversations show only that we are in a real relationship , which means romantic words, not planning our marriage or talking about the future , because i would rather pick these conversations that show we are a couple who are madly in love than pick the ones when we talk about normal things that are not important , because my fiancee and i use skype all the time to communicate , we skype for hours and we sent the screenshots of that with the package , that is when we talk about serious things , like marriage and future , because we use whatsapp and FB just to keep updating each other during the day and saying things like :(i miss you , thinking of you ...)

I hope my idea is clear !

When I submitted my packet, I included romantic chat between us, but made sure it was not sexual in nature. I also sent normal conversation between us, about how are day was, what we ate, how work was, how are family are doing, talk about our favorite TV shows that we both watch, etc.... We also talked about our future, and planned trips for me to return to her country and see her. Don't focus too much on the content, but make sure you send enough to show an ongoing relationship. I sent a few chats from the beginning and middle of each month that we've been together.

As far as your photos, you should try to have them time stamped or have something to distinguish between your trips, so they don't assume all of your photos are from one trip.

I Agree ! but for us , we talk on skype all the time and we say these things face to face , we dont write them on whatsapp or FB , that is why i dont have them , on whatsapp we write only small textes like : i miss you , i hope your day is going well .....

Since you have minimal chatting you should add more printouts. The Skype and Facebook screenshots should have dates and times if possible and the Skype and Facebook logos to show which program you were using. This should help reinforce the minimal text between you two. You just want to be able to prove that you and your fiancee have an ongoing relationship.

Since you two are using these items to front load your petition, you should start messaging more so when the time comes for you to have your interview, you can take additional proof that you obtained after you receive your approval from the USCIS. If you have any money transfers or things of that nature between you two, you should include those as well.

I totally agree ! thank you for your help , and yes i have 2 money transfers , one from my fiancee and one from her father , we included them , i just forgot to mention them

Okay GREAT! Now just hope that you get the California Service Center instead of Texas. I got California and as you can see the dates on my signature shows, everything has gone fast.

What was the purpose for the money-transfers from Morocco? These can make it look as though the petitioner is being "paid off" or bribed. I recommend excluding these from your petition package.

No , the money transfers were from the US ( my fiancee and her Father ) to Morocco ( me ) , and it was because of my birthday and because of another celebration . I have never sent her any money !

Guys, even though you have a letter of OK from your parents to marry, you each need to type and hand sign a letter of intent to marry within 90 days of your fiance's arrival into the US. Do this or you will get an RFE guranteed! Just parental permission doesnt work.
