Hi ..my Fiance has her interview on Oct 20th...We are confused...we have seen in many places that DS 160 took the place of other forms (DS 156, DS157, etc), but also seen that it didn't for K1 visas...which is true....we want to be sure...she already di the DS 160 and has paid and scheduled medical and interview..just want to be sure if she needs the other forms also and if she mails them or brings them...one other question..sorry...is October 6th official holiday and if so is St Lukes closed...she has Medical that day planned out???

Yes, DS-160 replaced all those other forms. YES, the DS-160 Confirmation Page is needed for the interview.

Here is the embassy interview instructions for K1:

The St. Lukes website didn't announce anything regarding Oct. 6th yet. Best to call them to find out.

DS-160 is the only form that needs to completed by the applicant now. DS-160 is an online form, have to bring the confirmation page to the interview .

Embassy instructions letter lists everything that is required by the embassy.

Follow the flashing arrow before for details of the process in Manila

That is why October 6 is a holiday.. I believe, St. Lukes is closed on that day, but better call to make sure.

Embassy is open, and the embassy closes for ALL national holidays U.S. and Philippines.

I scanned the SLEC website and could find nothing about being closed the 6th of Oct.
