hi i was wondering i show a post on i2us that the guys provisional waiver was approved but denied visa due to another inadmissibility but the cbp took out the inadmissibility can i do that please let me know thanks. i already applied for new waiver i 601.

Little bit more info

Why does the consular think it was misrepresentation? What kind of misrepresentation?
