Lost DS-160 Application ID

I left my confirmation page open to print it later, and the page timed-out, and now I can't find my Application ID to regain access.

Do we still need to bring the DS-160 confirmation page to the London Embassy anymore?

Is there any way to recover my confirmation page?

Thank you.

Here it says "you can reprint the confirmation page of an application that has already been submitted," by going to the DS-160 electronic application center, and entering your application ID.

And here it says you can click "Forgot your Application ID" when trying to retrieve a DS-160 application.

However on the DS-160 electronic application center page when you click RETRIEVE AN APPLICATION as per instructions, there is no "Forgot your Application ID" button.

Has anyone had success retrieving their application ID?

Our interview is in 1 week at the London Embassy, do we even need the DS-160 confirmation page?

Thank you!!

My situation is not the same as yours, my fiancee is Japanese, I'm American, and we successfully got the visa a few weeks ago at the embassy in Tokyo. DS 160 was an issue we had before the interview, but then when we showed up to the interview, they didn't even ask for it (the confirmation page), so we were fine.

Maybe your embassy will be the same (try to do a search on this webpage and find out who recently had a Visa interview in London) and they can probably help you figure out if you'll need it or not.

Thanks, Ilovemyman.

I called the London Embassy to confirm that filling out another DS-160 wouldn't produce any problems, and they said that there is no way to retrieve an application ID and that filling out another DS-160 is the only solution. They also said that it would be the same if I had made a mistake on my application and needed to fill it out again and I had forgot my ID.

Hopefully someone finds this helpful.

:)
